Risk communication of Swedish government agencies

In this project seven Swedish government agencies with responsibilities touching on sustainable development and risk issues will be studied. The purpose is to understand how they understand their work of communicating risk and how they organize this work. Different forms of risk communication from the agencies will be studied. We will shed light upon similarities and differences in how the agencies understand and organize this work. The purpose is also to develop a general model of how organizational factors such as resources, strategy and priorities, but also how opinions within the agencies of how risk communication should or should not work, influences the communication. The results from the study can be used to improve risk communication.
